Ronald Hetzke and the late Hanno Schnörr (†) founded hp developments in 2001. Each had many
years of professional experience in the real estate business, including 30 years working with hotels.
Before founding hp developments, both Ronald Hetzke and Hanno Schnörr held top positions at
other companies: the German firm Advanta Management AG and the Canadian TrizecHahn
Corporation. Ronald Hetzke assumed sole leadership of the company following the death of Hanno
Schnörr in 2013. Mike Neumann joined the management team in 2023. He has over 30 years of
professional experience in project development, project management and risk and crisis
management for complex construction projects.
