The office building located in Frankfurt’s Rödelheim district had a single tenant until 2008 and was not particularly noteworthy in its appearance. To make it more attractive, inside and out, and to allow for multiple tenants, the owners chose an innovative design in the style of a hotel lobby. This created a corporate design, which extends from the entry area to the walls and floors of the office areas and the restrooms.
